FP&A Director

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in ensuring financial performance of the company and supporting its rapid external and organic growth.

The Job

Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to :

  • Manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring that all functional departments participate in the process and are responsible for their respective budgetary commitments.
  • Lead a team dedicated to FP&A activities in APAC region (2 direct reports).
  • Provide a monthly report of budget vs. actual analysis.
  • Work closely with function heads to perform monthly KPI variance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly commentaries with a summary of trends and analysis of the causes of unexpected variance.
  • Provide a rolling forecast as necessary.
  • Deliver various analytical reports requested by the management, function heads, or budget owners.
  • Prepare presentation slides for all related management meetings.
  • Assure proper month-end closing of all companies of the group.
  • Assist in the financial analysis of commercial projects.
  • Streamline, automate and enhance financial processes to facilitate the scalability of the business.
  • Supervise the yearly audit process of the group’s entities (with Big 4 audit firm) and the consolidated accounts.
  • Define, document, and implement transfer pricing policies and tax optimization schemes.
  • Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met.
  • The Candidate

  • Minimum of 6 years of prior experience in finance / accounting roles in an international environment, with a significant transversal management track-record.
  • Experience in providing financial analysis for decision-making in all matters operational, financial, and strategic.
  • Proven expertise in IFRS and accounting processes, with international tax knowledge and experience.
  • Strong communication skills; well organized; both people and process driven.
  • Experienced and comfortable working with multicultural teams and peers; ability, willingness, and enthusiasm to take on and execute projects autonomously and proactively;
  • strong sense of ownership; internal customer focused.
