Position Purpose / Responsibilities :
Sales Business Management
Business Initiatives formalization and implementation / new projects / activities and contribute to Front Office organization improvement / development with an efficiency mindset;
Controls, Regulatory and Remediation Plans impacting directly Sales APAC teams in conjunction other GM teams (e.g. Regulatory Implementation or Business Partners e.
g. Due Diligence, Legal & Compliance);
Assist with APAC budget exercise;
Comply with all BNP Paribas Group policies. Act with integrity;
Global Client Analytics (GCA)
Oversee and act as Business Analyst and SME for GCA related topics (MIS, KPIs production and automation, interactive dashboards implementation using Tableau;
Contribute to the implementation of improvements to the data processing systems : e.g. analysis and validation of feeds etc.
including streamlining of data into golden sources;
Assist Senior Management by blending, extracting and analyzing data, MIS and KPIs to pilot their activity;
Creation of data and process workflows using Sharepoint technology;
Markets360 / Research
Improve processes efficiency for allocation of resources relating to Market 360 - Research, Strategy and Economists to our clients;
Work with Marketing & Events Teams for coordination, tracking and monetization of events & roadshow;
Develop a digital framework / workflow for better alignment of clients visits by Global Markets Management, Sales force and FIC Coverage;
Implement Research Distribution and Conduct policies in coordination with global team;
Relationship with other departments
Global Markets Senior Management, COO Office Teams, Sales and Trading teams, IT departments
Technical and Behavioral Competencies / Specific Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure; Self-motivated and genuine interest in Banking and Finance;
Analytical skills, hands-on, rigorous, meticulous and methodical; Innovation and efficiency mindset;
Experience in data science; Knowledge of advance reporting tool / programming (e.g. Tableau, Sharepoint);
Strong team player; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Master degree or equivalent; Fluent in English. Additional language such as Chinese or French a plus;
