Our Client, a Financial services company and now looking for a g Temporary assistant for their Event.
Job Description :
Conducted clerical duties including calling guests, answering phone calls, responding to emails
Assist the marketing team in administrative and support functions.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Contract Period : 1 Apr 15 May 2019, From Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
Excellent command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
University degree holder or with related discipline are preferable but not mandatory
Fresh graduated welcome, with 1-2 years of Customer Support, Marketing and Project Management experience would be a huge advantage
Good communication and telephone skills
Capable of handling multi-tasks
