Want to be a part of our team?The primary responsibility of the Client Project Manager will be to interface with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation.

  • Work with internal and external parties to provide professional project management services to large size and multinational customers.
  • Make sure subscribed services and products can be delivered on time and with customer satisfaction in a professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationship with VIP customers in different levels. Working at NTT Act as a project owner to manage assigned customer projects and capable to handle multiple complex projects at the same time.
  • Collaborate with sales and presales teams to understand the overall scope of work and deliverables of the projects. Formulate, consult and instruct a project team with engineers and other project members to provide quality services to our customers.

    Effectively communicate with customer to understand their requirements, advise the project cycle, and discuss customer acceptance criteria.

    Release Project Pack with project implementation plan (scope of work, schedule and deliverables) on enhanced type of projects.

    Coordinate with different vendors, partners and subsidiaries to align with the project plan and follow the implementation schedule.

    Issue and furnish project documents and respective version control according to best practice. Regularly advise the progress updates to customer, project teams as well as supervisors.

    Provide proper handover document to operation teams and support for any critical issues that may arise after the service implementation.

    Familiar with company’s core business products and services, as well as operation workflow within same team and among different teams.

    Participate in deployment of standard Project Management methodologies (PMP). At least 8 years experience in telecommunication industry, preferably in MNC or system integration company, with 5 year solid experience in project management What will make you a good fit for the role?

    Degree holder in IT, Computer Science or equivalent. PMP or PRINCE or PRINCE2 holder is a must. Microsoft and Cisco certifications is an advantage.

    Able to communicate effectively with internal and external parties at all levels . Analytical mind, initiative and able to work independently.

    Good presentation and organizing skills. Excellent in time management. Willing to work overtime and willing to travel. Able to work under pressure.

    Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua. With leadership qualities
