Project Officer
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial network services projects and commercial Wi-Fi related project.
Your role
To support project team in implementing different network services projects or Wi-Fi related projects
To co-ordinate the project implementation with internal colleague / external customer, contractor & building management office
To perform daily project / operation works such as reviewing with teams on implementation progress, resources, and stocks
To prepare project correspondence such as meeting agenda and minutes
To provide services on site planning, implementation, and support on commercial project such as fiber access and Wi-Fi services provisioning.
To undertake special tasks assigned by Supervisor as when in need
Fresh graduate will also be considered
Candidate with more experience will be consider as Assistant Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager
To succeed in this role
Degree / High Diploma holder in Electronic / Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 1 - 3 years' working experience and 1 - 2 year in project management of IT&T infrastructure project or field support
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Experience in Wi-Fi is preferable
Outside Work is required in needed
Possess of relevant certification is desirable, e.g. CCNA / ITIL / PMP / PRINCE2
Analytical mind with good problem-solving capabilities
Able to work independently and eager to learn new technology
Good command of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and large data file handling
Good communication skills with internal and external parties
Good interpersonal and communication skills in both oral and written English
Immediate available is highly preferred
