  • Progressive sales management experience required.

  • Seasoned sales professional with in-depth knowledge & experience preferably in the hotel and catering sectors;
  • Passion for food & wine industry;
  • A positive attitude, creative persistence & entrepreneurial spirit, as well as enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-based environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & sound professional judgement

    Responsibilities :

    To lead the team (Hong Kong and Macau, Asia Pacific region) to achieve the goals and objectives.

  • Manage & lead the team to develop new business & expand customer base;
  • Provide guidance / training to build a strong team to ensure continued success;
  • Develop distribution networking;
  • Direct & support consistent implementation of company initiatives;
  • Execute & drive business in accordance with company’s direction;
  • Maximize revenue across product lines in accordance with goals;
  • Performance Measures

  • Achievement of sales, profit & strategic objectives for the business unit supported;
  • Accountable for implementation on sales organization quotas & performance objectives;
  • Achievement of strategic objectives defined by company management.
