Minimum 8+ years of sales management experience;
Experienced in setting clear expectations & hold staff accountable, proven track record in a senior managerial role;
Progressive sales management experience required.
Seasoned sales professional with in-depth knowledge & experience preferably in the hotel and catering sectors;
Passion for food & wine industry;
A positive attitude, creative persistence & entrepreneurial spirit, as well as enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-based environment;
Excellent interpersonal skills & sound professional judgement
To lead the team (Hong Kong and Macau, Asia Pacific region) to achieve the goals and objectives.
Manage & lead the team to develop new business & expand customer base;
Provide guidance / training to build a strong team to ensure continued success;
Develop distribution networking;
Direct & support consistent implementation of company initiatives;
Execute & drive business in accordance with company’s direction;
Maximize revenue across product lines in accordance with goals;
Achievement of sales, profit & strategic objectives for the business unit supported;
Accountable for implementation on sales organization quotas & performance objectives;
Achievement of strategic objectives defined by company management.
