    We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Global Head of ITID Governance .

    Principal responsibilities

  • The Head of IT Infrastructure Delivery - ITID Governance leads the governance and reporting for HSBC's Global Head of IT Infrastructure Delivery (ITID), working with key senior stakeholders regionally and globally. This includes :
  • Management of ITID ExCo Committee;
  • Board Governance Planning, Monitoring & Reporting;
  • Regulator Preparation & Governance;
  • Global ITID Performance and Governance Reporting;
  • Management of External Engagements & ITID Communications;
  • Management of ITID ExCo recruitment and learning / development; and
  • Management of the Office of the Global Head of ITID
  • Requirements

  • Outstanding understanding of IT structures, processes and objectives across the Group.
  • Outstanding knowledge of the external environment - regulatory, political, competitors etc.
  • Outstanding knowledge of IT - functionally, operationally and financially.
  • High level of drive and motivation to ensure delivery of a broad range of outputs simultaneously across HSBC.
  • Proven experience of positive, challenging interactions with Senior Executives across the business and technology.
  • Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in simple language to recognise to the global remit of this role.
  • Outstanding relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels across the Group.
  • Strong financial analytical background and proven ability in financial / analytical reasoning, including being able to contextualise financial data into business activities and conclusions.
  • Practical experience of major business transformation activities.
