Your field of responsibility

The ideal candidate will understand the differences between UX and UI design, and have a creative yet organized approach to handling problems and building solutions.

You should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows, and transform them into appealing, intuitive, long-lasting, and functional user interfaces.


  • Define the strategy, framework and process for external and internal user research, collaborate with product management, design team and engineering to define and implement innovative design solutions that align with business direction and improvements in user experience
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design challenges
  • Illustrate all design ideas from concept to hand-off to engineering
  • Build wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, sitemaps and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Engage users / clients in the design process and evaluate user feedback
  • Seek to establish and promote design guidelines, best-practices and standards

    We are looking for an experienced and creative user experience and user interface designer. The designer will join a multi-functional team to revolutionize the digital experience for our Wealth Management clients.

    They should have a human-centric design thinking approach, delivering rich and intuitive user experiences through various digital touch-points

    Your skills and experience

    You are expected to possess the below

  • A solid portfolio with 3+ years of experience in crafting prototypes, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
  • Proficiency in visual design, wire-framing and rapid prototyping tools
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • Ability to communicate your designs and key breakthroughs to peers and partners
  • Ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and handle time efficiently
  • Able to work independently (unsupervised), as an active member of a team and possess good interpersonal skills
  • Experienced working in an Agile / Scrum development process environment
  • Experienced in both creative agency and client-side environment preferred
  • Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time under-pressure with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
  • Consistent track record in any of the following will be a bonus

  • Shaping user behavior through copywriting and microcopy writing
  • Prototyping interaction models and fresh experiences through front end code (Javascript / Swift etc.)
  • Storytelling through data visualization
  • Interaction design (Micro Interactions, UI animations, Transitions)
  • Other creative deliveries that has helped drive user behavior such as illustration
  • Portfolio Submission

    Your portfolio should include 1-2 specific case studies you’ve worked on as a UX Designer or UI Designer. In your case studies, highlight :

  • The challenge you were trying to solve
  • Your specific role on the project
  • Some of your key findings, or insights
  • How you worked with engineers to overcome constraints and challenges
  • The impact of your work
  • Your new employer
