  • Supporting recruiting of staff and Monitoring headcount movements
  • Coordinating and managing staff injury cases with related parties if necessary
  • Administrating the time and attendance data for payroll
  • Maintaining and enforcing human resources procedures & policies.
  • Enforcing health and safety procedures so as to minimize risks
  • Support for Handling of staff issue (e.g. disciplinary actions, staff complaints, Labour dispute cases)
  • Assisting in employee functions (CNY Dinner party, Company Trip if necessary)
  • Preparing regular reports and daily correspondences
  • Providing support on ad hoc projects and request
  • housekeeping of HR records
  • Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 4 years’ related experience in handling HR administrative works;
  • Good applicable knowledge in HK Employment & related legislations;
  • Sensitive in figure and familiar with Employment, MPF and tax ordinance;
  • Independent, self-initiative, well organized and good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Immediate available is preferred;
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered as Human Resources Assistant.
