We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team. In this role, you will :
c) By handling customers’ enquiries professionally and solving their problems to their satisfaction
e) By allying with PRO / PRM to promote the one-to-one banking relationship with the HP customers.
f) By ensuring cash balancing during the day and day-end balancing
g) By helping customers to collect security items-Card / PIN over counter
a) To have a strong sales sense and skills to close liaison with colleagues from other lines of business, business segments, products and services and proactively refer potential customers to Customer Service Office / Representative or Banking Services Manager to support sales and promotion strategies.

a) By performing document checking under different payment items to match with the local regulation, account maintenance for various account types and other required duties.
b) By ensuring all reports & returns either submitted to SAFE / local government or required internally are produced on a timely
c) By implementing strict control measures to ensure customer's account pack and instructions are sent to branch operations team with complete & accurate supporting documents by daily checker on daily basis for timely processing in accordance with SLA.
