Develop the financial and operational plans for hotel and monitor the performance.
Develop annual financial budget and regular reports, operation proposal or plans for hotel's owner review.
Supervise maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings for hotel.
Maintain good communication with stakeholder and hotel management agent
Assist accommodation, catering and other services
Take up ad-hoc assignments when requested
Degree / Master holder in Hotel Management / Property Management or related discipline
At least 8 years-experience in related industries. Supervisory level experience is preferred.
Self-driven, able to work proactively and independently, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
Proficient in computer skills
