Main Responsibilities

  • Develop the financial and operational plans for hotel and monitor the performance.
  • Develop annual financial budget and regular reports, operation proposal or plans for hotel's owner review.
  • Supervise maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings for hotel.
  • Maintain good communication with stakeholder and hotel management agent
  • Assist accommodation, catering and other services
  • Take up ad-hoc assignments when requested
  • Requirements

  • Degree / Master holder in Hotel Management / Property Management or related discipline
  • At least 8 years-experience in related industries. Supervisory level experience is preferred.
  • Self-driven, able to work proactively and independently, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Good team player, positive attitude, responsible, and willing to work under high pressure and tight timeline Applicants who are not contacted within 8 weeks may consider their applications unsuccessful and their personal data will be retained by the bank for a period up to two years.
