Duties :

  • Provide all-round support to the Director
  • Planning and organizing events and meetings
  • Organizing complex travels and travelling all the times with Director
  • Conducting research
  • Taking action points and writing minutes
  • Preparing presentations
  • Support and assist to prepare various reports and documentations
  • Setting-up conference rooms for meetings, seminars, catering services and other clients’ related functions
  • Handle general H.R. support
  • Reading, monitoring and responding to director’s email
  • Preliminary drafting of correspondence on director’s behalf
  • Take care of daily arrangement
  • Organizing complex travels and travelling all the times with boss
  • Perform general administrative duties, including handle incoming and outgoing mails, local / international courier delivery, office supplies ordering
  • Maintain office environment to ensure a smooth running of operations and facilities
  • handle ad hoc operation & administrative tasks per request
  • Requirements :

  • At least 8 years working experience
  • With. min. 3 years relevant working experience in serving Director directly
  • Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Stable working record will be a plus
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable
