Your field of responsibility
As a Delta One Salesperson you will own sales relationships with institutional investors with the goal of matching our services and products to their needs.
Equally you will have responsibilities in working with our colleagues across Advisory, Execution, Financing with the aim of building out our footprint and gaining market share.
The Delta One Sales role is an integral part of our Delta One and overall Equities business offering. We provide our clients with innovative solutions that enable them to express views about stocks, sectors, ETFs, futures long and short, around the Asia-Pacific region.
Your coordination with colleagues across Delta One and the global Equities franchise, who collectively work to cover our institutional client base will be key to the success of the role.
We also value people who contribute in identifying or suggesting improvements to current processes and enhancements plus ideas in growing efficiency on the desk.

You would be a part of our APAC and global Delta One Sales business within the Equities division and overall Investment Bank.

Your skills and experience
5+years of relevant experiences in a similar Delta One Sales capacity being the ideal.
Individuals having had connected experiences within a front office (eg. SBL, Sales Trading, Research Sales) or related operational related role are also welcome in applying.
Having good knowledge across Equities products and having managed institutional clients, know-how of hedge fund strategies and sales styles as well as the Delta One business dynamics are advantageous.
Your strong attention to detail, having the ability to work to tight deadlines along with you being highly motivated and a self-starter.
Equities markets are highly regulated and we will only entertain candidates with a strong Compliance and Control mindset.
Showing ambition by being able to independently analyze business requirements and resolve appropriate course of actions without direct management assistance.
Having an entrepreneurial mindset and being able to manage, be accountable for own tasks plus work.
Good commercial acumen, problem solving with excellent written and verbal abilities in English, with proficiency in Asian languages highly preferred - Chinese Mandarin, Chinese Cantonese specifically.
Thinking ahead, finding answers and being engaged in growing with the ability to learn quickly and having the ability to prioritize well with a good level of controls plus compliance mindset.
Being able to work in Hong Kong and within a diverse team environment, cross collaborating with connected teams regionally and globally.
