We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our team as Customer Service Officer / Senior Customer Service Representative, CustomerContact Centre .
Principal responsibilities :
Process customer requests in a professional manner
Handle customer opinion / feedback timely to maintain a high levelof customer satisfaction
Manages and report suspicious fraud cases, major incidents andcustomer feedback to respective internal counterparts timely and properly
Ensures all activities are in compliance with the requirement of the Bank and regulatory authorities
Diploma or Degree Holder; fresh graduates are welcome
Passes in Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE) Paper 1, 2, 3 and Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI) Paper 1, 7, 8 an advantage
Strong customer service orientation, with good communication and problem solving skills
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Representative, Customer Contact Centre )
