Job Description & Summary

A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees.

You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to : Perform general clerical and administrative duties.

Perform clerical duties including data processing, data input, scanning, filing, meeting coordination and arranging courier Maintain computerise or manual filing system Assist in ad-hoc day-to-day accounting / operation functions, bank in cheque and order office supplies Provide timely support but not limited to accounting matters Manage emails, letters, phone calls and other forms of correspondences Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Requirement At least 2 years relevant experience Secondary school graduate or above Willing to work under pressure Proficiency in PC skills, MS Office, Excel and Chinese typing Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Immediate availability is preferred Independent with good interpersonal and communication skills Show strong sense of responsibility Self-oriented, detail-oriented and multi-tasking Education (if blank, degree and / or field of study not specified)Degrees / Field of Study required : Degrees / Field of Study preferred : Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills Optional Skills Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
