Growth Hacking Manager - HK

You will be part of the Greater China Team and be responsible for business development topics of Hong Kong Market You will formulate and execute market-specific strategies with the objective of scaling up the marketing and sales channels in Hong Kong You will scout, reach out, and negotiate with potential partners in Hong Kong, taking ownership of the end-to-end process You will screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials You will build our market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships You are responsible for expanding our business in the Hong Kong market You will continuously optimize our business and develop new initiatives to help fuel growth

What you'll do:

  • You will be part of the Greater China Team and be responsible for business development topics of Hong Kong Market
  • You will formulate and execute market-specific strategies with the objective of scaling up the marketing and sales channels in Hong Kong
  • You will scout, reach out, and negotiate with potential partners in Hong Kong, taking ownership of the end-to-end process
  • You will screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials
  • You will build our market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships
  • You are responsible for expanding our business in the Hong Kong market
  • You will continuously optimize our business and develop new initiatives to help fuel growth

What you'll bring to us:

  • You have completed a graduation degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related university program
  • You have experience in marketing, business development, and e-commerce (start-up exposure is a plus)
  • You have very good Chinese (able to speak Cantonese fluently and write traditional Chinese is a must) and English communication skills
  • You have strong analytical skills and can learn quickly
  • You like to take on responsibility and can work independently
  • You have a drive, ambition, and a genuine interest in growing a business
  • You are hypothesis-driven and able to articulate logical hypotheses in the absence of data
  • You have demonstrated that you are a self-starter and resourceful in reaching ambitious targets
