We are looking for talent to achieve team assigned monthly and annual territory budget via pro-active sales generation and cross selling of BSI services / products through partnering with other sales team members.


  • Grow company market share in Hong Kong & APAC turnover development of Regional / Global key accounts
  • Formulate sales and marketing strategy to drive the sustainable growth.
  • Manage and develop a strong sales team, support future activities and initiatives to deliver on the team’s account plans and new business initiatives linked into financial targets to sell the BSI portfolio.
  • Implement global key account strategy, develop account plans, with revenue targets to ensure the achievement of the sales plan and forecast.
  • Develop and expand into selected strategic market segments.
  • Set up and schedule regular account reviews to explore & identify further opportunities.
  • Provide monthly feedback of actual verses target for the team, by individual, to monitor sales performance in detail and to suggest improvements to individuals and teams.
  • Gather competitor information to priorities threats and identify opportunities to refine sales messaging.
  • Requirements

  • University Degree level or equivalent education
  • At least 10 years relevant work experience in sales and business development
  • Solid management experience in sales & marketing field with good track record
  • Positive and approachable, analytical, influential with strong conflict resolution, communication and leadership skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Knowledge on ISO Standards will be advantageous
  • Strong connection with ICT, Finance, Build Environment sectors
  • Strong relationship with Local Chinese, Foreign investment organization & Government bodies in Hong Kong
