Assistant Administration Manager

Company : Corporation / Salary : $Negotiable

Duties :

  • Supervise daily office administration functions including renewal of agreements and licenses
  • Handle office relocation, renovation, procurement and facilities maintenance etc
  • Oversee the purchasing of office equipments and supplies
  • Review and update office administration operating manuals and other administration processes
  • Supervise a team of administration staff
  • Manage and lead ad-hoc projects and assignments
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Business Management, or relevant discipline
  • 6 years relevant experience in group / sizable corporation
  • Good command of Chinese and English (both verbal and written), fluent Putonghua is a MUST
  • Willing to learn & adapt to the fast-paced working environment & work pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Independent, efficient, detail-minded, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of developing collaborative working relationships with different level of staff
  • Immediately available or short notice preferred
