Degree holder

Minimum 4 years' solid experience in Human Resources

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is required

Conversant of the HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations

Well-versed in MS Office

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate with staff in different levels

Responsibilities :

Drive a full spectrum of HR functions and activities including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and employee relations

Work closely with department heads to ascertain their needs and recommend effective organizational structure and manpower arrangement

Keep up-to-date labor ordinances and market practices to ensure all are in line with legal regulations & market situations

Review, formulate and implement HR and Administration policies and procedures on regular basis

Conduct analysis and prepare reports on staffing trends, salary benchmark, turnover, etc.
