What you'll do Development and maintenance of HK event products to expand our client base using action plans focused on the market segment identified Account management : Cultivate relationships with partners to help maximize their sales potential on Klook ’s various distribution platforms.
Communicate Klook ’s business strengths and brand value to suppliers. Provide training and daily operational support to suppliers on our processes and tools.
Coordination : Work closely with various functions in the company - marketing to maximize sales, supplier operations to improve efficiency and customer services to drive satisfaction.
Flexibility and attentiveness to details are essential in our fast paced environment. Optimization : Continuously ensure the quality of products, in terms of pricing, inventory, and content, maintain a market leading position at all times.
Market updates : Provide market leaders with relevant information on identify market trends and competitor updates to optimise business strategy - through assisting on data analysis, preparation of reports What you’ll need 3 - 6 years work experience, preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in clients servicing Strong commercial sense, analytical, written and verbal communications skills Customer first mindset Interest in the arts and entertainment industry Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills Ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels and cultural backgrounds and work independently with minimal supervision A start-up attitude highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude Fluency in Cantonese Klook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
