Data Analytics Manager

Your role

  • Support the development of CRM application and building dashboard for multiple stakeholders
  • Perform customer segmentation and profile analysis to identify business opportunities
  • Conduct campaign tracking analysis to provide insight support throughout the entire campaign process including pre-campaign analysis, segment recommendation and post-campaign evaluation
  • Perform documentation deliverables for inventories (report / EUC / manual processes), customer analytics reports
  • Work with Marketing on design and conduct surveys, segment recommendation and result analysis
  • Collaborate closely with technology partners to implement data management and analytics reporting
  • Perform root cause analysis, data investigation (drill down and drill through), etc.
  • Review and constantly improve the current analytics and reporting process as well as change implementation
  • Work with internal business stakeholders, IT and Application Development Team to define / understand product feature and function specifications
  • Provide recommendation to senior executive for any potential problems & risks adhere to existing operation work flow and policies
  • Engage to different related ad hoc projects and system implementation
  • To succeed in this role

  • University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Management, Quantitative Analysis or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in CRM data analysis, customer segmentation, preferably experience gained from banking / retail / finance industries, and / or Loyalty / CRM
  • Keen interest in startup environment, fintech trends and sound knowledge of banking and financial products
  • Strong sense in data analysis and capable to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources and generate actionable insights
  • Practical experience in dashboard development (requirement collection, build and deployment) using Qlik / Tableau / PowerBI, or other tools
  • Have good knowledge of data analysis by using SAS / SQL programming and excel (VBA) skill, Data Management capacity
  • Experience in conducting survey and result analysis
  • Strong communication and stakeholders management, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great sense of ownership, self-motivated, work independently as well as being a good team player; Multi-tasked and able to manage different projects under tight timelines
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
