Brand Strategy

  • Develop, plan and implement brand strategies of the banner and assist in the development of the brands’ positioning to strengthen the brand equity
  • Identify growth drivers for the relevant market segment by analysing various customer value propositions and customer segmentations used by the banners
  • Interpret and leverage market research from multiple sources to support strategy and brand building activities
  • Own Brand Development

  • Understand and work with commercial team to launch new products / revamp existing products driving the own brand participations in the business
  • Understand the own brand direction and standards and translate into product packaging and communications, also driving for standardisation across the region
  • Leverage on the own brand products to drive brand equity and good value propositions
  • Store Branding

  • Understand the store brand identity of Dairy Farm and translate this to excellence in execution at store level
  • Partner with store design team on translating the brand strategy into suitable visual merchandising equipment, customised for various stores sizes and environments
  • The Person

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of marketing experience especially in banner marketing and brand equity
  • Strong in stakeholder management, self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, adaptable, high learning agility
  • Well-organized, enjoy working in fast paced organization
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Experienced in FMCG or retail industry is an absolute advantage
