We are looking for an energetic Operations Executive, Marketplace to join our team based in Hong Kong.
What you will be delivering
Handle Drivers inquiries, complaints, and other operational issues
Maintain and update the system database
Support in organizing the driver activities and events to ensure a smooth process
Plan for scheme and campaign to maintain a good relationship with related parties
Analyze data and generate relevant reports on a regular basis to ensure work efficiency and quality
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Who you are
Diploma or above
Fresh grads also welcome
1-2 years relevant working experience (preferably logistics and start-up company) is an advantage
Proficient in Chinese and English typing
Able to use Microsoft Office, Computer Software with basic computer knowledge
Hard-working, detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible
Able to work under pressure and fast-paced work environment
