Assis to execute business strategies to improve portfolio quality and profitability of the Bank's target customers
Assist to implement effective marketing plans as measured by the growth of quality customer base, portfolio balance, product penetration and customer revenue
Assist to drive and build a customer-centric E2E segment journey and contextual nudges to address customers' needs grow customers' satisfaction
Use data-driven approach to help review all marketing campaigns to maximize business growth
Assist in formulating and developing strategic marketing campaigns to drive net growth of quality DBS Treasures customers base
Review and examine all marketing campaigns / programmes efficiency, and assist the supervisor to develop evaluation reports
Help to prepare / summarize regular reports
Provide regular updates on key competitors' marketing and segment campaigns
Liaise with related business unites, branches and channels to ensure all marketing campaigns and initiatives are properly deployed
Establish effective relationship and ensure smooth communication with both internal and external stakeholders
Ensure smooth implementation of marketing campaigns; operations, workflows and processes are effective, and adhere to compliance with internal and external guidelines
Support daily team administrative work whenever required
Provide support to supervisor on any projects related to regional or other business new initiatives
Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or other related discipline
At least 3 to 5 years of solid working experience in banking or financial industry, preferrable in Affluent / Mass Segment Management, and / or Product Marketing
Sound knowledge in Consumer Banking Business
Strong independence, proactive, flexible with passion to make things happen
Can-do attitude, self-motivated, result-driven and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
Willing to take up any new and ad-hoc tasks that assigned anytime
Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skill
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinses
Conversant with PC application including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
