About Our Client
My client is one of the biggest distributor in Asia with a strong presence across the globe. They have strong global presence with more than 100 offices worldwide.
They are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join their HR team and perform the whole HR spectrum and account servicing function to the company.
Handle the full set of C&B functions, including monthly payroll, MPF, liaising with insurance vendors
Review and implement C&B policies and procedures to meet business needs
Drive HR projects and initiatives including but not limited to annual salary benchmarking, salary and bonus review, rewards review
Participate end to end recruitment activities
Review and manage the accuracy of HRIS system.
Organize training & employee relations activities such as annual dinner, Christmas party, staff outing, other company events, etc.
Provide supports and participate in ad-hoc projects
The Successful Applicant
5-8 years in Compensation and Benefits areas, preferable in sizable company
Independent, smart, fast-paced, analytic, detail-minded with strong problem-solving, interpersonal and presentation skills
Hand-on experience in C&B area
Assist in reviewing and implement C&B policies and procedures to meet business needs and local and PRC legislation compliance
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
