Job DescriptionPosition Objective : Provision of an efficient and accurate employee administration processing within HK HR team and HR Platforms located in Shanghai.

Act as the first line of advisory service to internal customers for HR related matters and benefits (employees, managers, external candidates and service providers)Advocate and initiator to continuous improvement to drive HR operation excellence and cross site collaboration.

Essential Functions : Serve as first point of contact for all HR related employee issues / questions. Services include : general benefits, employee compensation, policies, training and development, performance management etc.

Liaise with Payroll and undertake adjustments and calculations in regards to salary administration.Manage the whole process of employee documentation from recruiting to termination.

Ensure accuracy and timely updates of information held in personnel database (Workday) and employee personnel files.Manage creation and timely update of the company policy, guidelines and maintain the company’s information portal.

Administer company benefits such as leave, medical plan, Appreciation, Employee assistant program etc.Work with manager to predefine Learning and Development needs and courses and support relative implementation.

Manage and support the company activities such as team building, Christmas activities, interest class, CSR activities etc.

Run pre-defined systems queries / searches where applicableAct as the project coordinator for all company projects related to HK site.

Ability to diagnose a problem and lead correction efforts through effective communication and efficient execution.Additional Responsibilities : Proactively identify process inefficiencies and inconsistencies and collaborate towards an improved and more productive process that enhances the employee and / or manager’s experience with the processNature and Scope : Exceptional problem solving skills with passion for data integrity, process definition, and continuous learning.

Must maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilitiesEducation : Minimum degree in Business or the equivalent.

Languages : Good oral and written knowledge of English.Fluent Mandarin is plus.Experience : 5 years HR administration experience in a corporate and or Shared Service environment.

Experience with Workday or any other HR employee management system tool (i.e. SAP, PeopleSoft)Experience working in HR shared services organization for established company is ideal.

Experience with global HR Systems (Workday, ADP).Experience working across multiple disciplines and geographies in HR.Good knowledge of Microsoft office toolsStrong team player with ability to work with minimal supervisionGood attention to detailsExcellent oral and written communications skillsWillingness to learn and develop.Flexible attitude
