Job Description : Responsibilities
Handle end users IT requests and support tasks
Resolve hardware and software issues on computer devices and handheld devices
Prepare, install and configure desktop / laptop hardware & software and other IT equipment
Diploma / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
1-3 years IT support or helpdesk related working experience
Hands-on experience in supporting Microsoft Windows, Office, and handheld devices
Holders of MCP or MCSE would be an advantage
Independent and self-motivated with good communication skills
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
