Assistant Business Development Manager

Job Role :

  • Maintain good relationship among broker firms and increase health and employee benefits business growth from existing portfolio.
  • Manage broker portfolios with business growth for contributing profit to AXA H & EB from existing broker channel.
  • To communicate effectively with brokers regarding complaints, including investigation and adjusting where appropriates.
  • To generate suggestion and ideas with marketing activities to achieve company’s objective.
  • Provide professional advice on health and employee benefits solutions to business partners.
  • Prepare group medical report on demand from brokers
  • To foster a systematic work-flow and to release team power with which highest productivity, sales professionalism and people development go hand in hand.
  • Job Requirement :

  • University degree or at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Solid experience in driving sales and business development
  • Required license of Paper 1 and 3
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills
  • Self-motivated, persuasive and articulate and must be able to work as part of a team as well as individually
