Ultimately, by delivering our smoke-free future, your work could change the lives of a billion smokers. Your day to day’You are responsible for leading supply chain process analysis, contribute in efficiency & sustainability of the overall processes and activities at the Engineering Hub (eHUB).

As a Project Manager you will manage all improvement projects and system implementation and enhancement. Accountable to support, design and streamline data flow to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure adherence to Business Process, governance and compliance. Key requirement :

Manage Process, Data Gap Analysis and Improvement Plan

  • Design and deploy process excellence best practices through automation, integration, value stream mapping, lean 6 sigma etc.
  • Develop Business Case to justify investment and ROI for management approval
  • Identify gap on master data design and propose solution to enable efficient data analysis and Product life management (PLM) enhancement.Project Management
  • Lead all Supply Chain Process and System Improvement projects
  • Report the progress of the project roadmap, create visibility on any road blocks and involve stakeholders to work on solutions to ensure the projects are delivered on timeSupport Quality Management System and Audit Compliance
  • Drive and support the supply chain team to comply with QMS requirement.
  • Establish process to ensure the supply chain team adhere to controlled process and comply with Internal Control and Corporate Audit RequirementsKey Performance Indicator and Reporting
  • Responsible for supply chain KPI reporting
  • Create dashboard to visually track, analyze and display KPI, metrics and key data points to monitor the health of the department, function or processes.Financial
  • Provide analysis to support manager for budget process.
  • Prepare Rolling Forecast and Budget file for management submission. Essential Skills and competencies :
  • Industrial Engineering / Information Science / Math / Statistics / Business or related degree or equivalent
  • MBA / Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred
  • Knowledge in Finance and business acumen; strong analytical and project management skills
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with Manufacturing / Production, Operations and ERP experience
  • Must have relevant Project Management experience in Supply Chain System implementation
  • Experience in Tableau, or other visual aid software; Proficient in MS Office, Excel.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven people management skills, ability to build effective teams and foster a strong collaborative culture internally and externally.
