What you will be doing
Build an open platform that offers crypto asset trading products, including brokerage services, cloud exchange, etc. Design the back-end service, user experience and new business model, participating in the whole lifecycle of this platform from project establishment to launch
Create the short- and medium-term product iteration plan and roadmap based on the product lifecycle, competitive environment and resource structure
Collect product feedback from internal and external sources, optimize the product plan through qualitative or quantitative analysis methods
Monitor the project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, market team, operation team and other departments
Analyse our competitor’s products and industry trends, and transform the data and information to an actionable product iteration plan
Who you are
Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of product manager experience, preferably from a well-known internet or blockchain company
A strong interest in blockchain and the financial industry
Solid product design and project management knowledge, especially skilled at discovering user demands through data analysis
Ability to think logically, work in a team and communicate effectively. Be able to organize and coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals in collaboration with different departments
Be proactive, enthusiastic, responsible to our customers and your team
Experience in designing or trading financial products, such as in stocks, funds, forex, futures and options
Fluent in English, preferably having studied or worked overseas
Experience building a product for businesses
Team management experience
