Job Responsibilities :
The Strategic Development Director will play a significant role in shaping and executing the strategic agenda and provides oversight of multiple major initiatives in a single enterprise-wide view.
Responsible execute and sustaining key strategic capacities focused on growing, measuring, and articulating Company’s reach and value proposition.
This role also supports an overall strategy project that produces long-term, sustainable success for the company.
Responsible for invested projects in the media industry such as e-sports, broadcast, audiovisual services, content production and media streaming.
Provide and implement strategies on cross-sector / industry projects.
To perform under a top-tier media production giant and be the pioneer in the world media sector.
Perform ad-hoc assignments is required.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree with major in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines;
A powerful intellect; strong analytical and conceptual skills; can identify and understand the impact and implications of new information and events;
quickly grasps the essentials in complex situations; a thinker and a doer.
Dynamic forward thinker that can anticipate industry trends and mastermind innovative solutions.
An excellent record of accomplishment at a senior level with a minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience.
Good project management and organization skills with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen;
Experience in media production is a must, with investment experience is a big plus.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with other European language is a plus.
Willing to station in UK / Spain is a MUST.
Legally work in UK or holding UK citizenship / BNO passport is highly preferred.
