Hong KongJOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a highly experienced content production lead to manage the day-to-day production of content from print to video, for both online & offline.
The role will be responsible for the project management of content production for both global & local projects working closely with our internal teams, while directly managing our agency partners.
Key Responsibilities : Responsible for management of production schedules and scopes for end-to-end campaign management and execution online & offlineEffectively manage projects through use of appropriate resources and processes, involving creative development, execution, and production.
Work with various pillars within marketing (Creative, Visual Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Category Marketing, Digital, CRM, PR & Events) to ensure consistency throughout campaign messagingBuild relationships and collaborate cross-
functionally and cross-markets with other internal and external departments globally ensuring that the creative strategy and goals are delivered.
Coordinate activities around the creative process to ensure that tasks are completed by scheduling and facilitating project-
related team meetings (ie. kick-offs, status, internal / external reviews, approvals), communicating action points and next steps to the team to bring the project forward and to completion.
Working with Finance to manage project-level budgetEnsure seamless transition of creative assets through the project lifecycle, while optimizing product quality and schedule for a timely deliveryCreate, manage, track, and evaluate process work flows while finding efficiencies for productivityPrepare, upload and distribute weekly project status reportsSource, review, evaluate, and manage external agency partners and talent, while continuing to build relationships with outsource vendors & contributorsAct as the centralized key contact on all creative & content requests within the organization, while supporting directors and VPs within the marketing department on company initiativesKey Requirements : Proven track-
