Key player of the ambitious High Jewelry development plan of Van Cleef & Arpels in Asia Pacific Regional Team. The role will serve as a bridge between HQ team and the market team, to ensure global strategy of HJ will be deployed in markets.

Under the supervision of the Regional Marketing Manager, the Regional Product Manager is responsible for proposing and coordinating comprehensive product supports to different market, providing strategic insights to the markets / HQ team to support the development of High jewelry.

In addition, the role has to ensure support to events to logistics management. The role will interact closely with HQ marketing team, Regional Retail team & different Markets responsible on High Jewelry

Propose Product strategy and be responsible of its implementation

  • Manage HJ product strategy in Asia Pacific, allocate right creations to each market to support their local daily / event sales.
  • Balance the needs of different market and optimize the sales opportunity of each creation.
  • Responsible for the annual rotation plan / calendar of Asia Pacific to support activations
  • Identify growth drivers and collections to support / collect boutiques feedback on the creations / develop and implement action plans accordingly
  • Be the bridge between market & HQ team and provide & ensure strategic insights / directions are aligned
  • Analysis of creation performance & market performance to find opportunity in between
  • Plan and ensure follow up of Sales Budget of the category
  • Merchandising & Supply Chain - Support sales with daily operations & Special order

  • Ensure forecasts, manage team to enable timely stock deliveries to support sales
  • Ensure follow up the sales commitment, replenishment, deposit follow up with local & HQ team
  • Oversee the process and communications to support stock based different request of client presentations requests, submitted by Market and needs for events and image
  • Manage sales & monitor deposit progress with markets & HQ team
  • Manage logistics for product requests from APAC Markets & HQ
  • Manage also request of special orders from APAC Markets & liaison with HQ team according to clients request
  • Transmission of Product knowledge / product training and follow-up

  • Coordination with retail teams / training team on product training
  • Tailor training on stones / product launches / HJ events to suit different market needs & enrich the knowledge of the sales team
  • Coordination and animation of specific communities (Reg. HJ Board) in partnership with Retail team
  • High Jewelry community animation

  • Regional HJ board & community coordination and animation
  • Coordination with Reg Retail team to animate the HJ community and provide Product support for training in key strategy, Key Selling Points, selling tools
