Handle and follow up the Quality Assurance check which is assigned by supervisor.
Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of various compliance related reports and statistics.
Participate in various compliance projects and provide deliverables within set timelines.
Co-ordinator in the Agency Disciplinary mechanism, with ERM and CS.
Assist and conduct disciplinary-based training to agents on a regular basis.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Minimum 5 years experience with at least 2 years’ experience in the Insurance industry, with relevant experience in insurance control.
Familiar with regulatory requirements and market practices.
Good administration skills.
Strong in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
