Related working experience in foreign trade import and export industry is preferred

Understand the shipping transportation procedure and the L / C credit

Skillful in making out and verifying the foreign trade import and export business and related invoices

Good computer skills

Fluent English & Mandarin ability is preferred

Duties :

Responsible for collecting, sorting market climate, new products,and customer information, presenting analysis reports, providing reference for sales and leadership

Assist sales to maintain customer relationship and to handle incoming calls

Responsible for foreign trade import and export business invoices

Confirm the relevant export business certificates, such as certificates of origin, bills of lading, the commodity inspection and other kinds of documents

Cargo tracking

Verify the l / c, etc

Payment tracking

Responsible for clients, customer complaints and refunds, and assist related departments to handle properly

Assist sales managers and record sales meeting
