Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses.
In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.
You will :
Contributing to the cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of the catering equipment, facilities, utensils and environment that meet the Club’s standards and statutory requirements.
Collaborating with a team of people whose priority is service excellence and meeting business targets.
Maintain the CSS daily operations through providing excellent cleaning services to keep all functional areas, equipment and utensils clean by following the cleaning schedules and / or instructions of superior ensuring meeting the sanitation standards as per the Club’s policy and HACCP guidelines
Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by supervisor.
You should have :
At least 1 year’s relevant experience in stewarding gained in clubs or hotels.
Good knowledge of HACCP, cleaning machine and dishwasher operation as well as cleaning chemicals application.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
