Our client is a well-known IT Service provider with regional office located in Hong Kong. They look after multiple brands in the APAC region, and they are now seeking for an Assistant Accountant who has specialised skill set in accounting functions to join their experienced team.
Responsible for all-round Accounts Receivable duties
Handle company entities full set of accounts
Execute billing, collection, and reporting procedures according to deadlines
Assist in month-end and year-end closing process
Prepare the credit review involving customers and dealers
Ensure and review compliance of sales and inventory cycles
Maintain accounts receivable customer files
Assist in any ad hoc duties to support management decision
Diploma holder and above in Accounting / Finance discipline
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Strong in Excel, SAP / Oracle experience is preferred
Good communication skills and a team player
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
