Education : Diplomat or above
Special Skills : Decision making skills, Interpersonal & Communication skills (written, listening, verbal), demonstrate ability to do basic research and apply standard analytical skill, ability to handle business interpersonal relationships, identify customer expectations, avoid miss understandings and deal effectively in a multicultural environment, handling multiple priorities / tasks
Language : Fluent Chinese / Mandarin and Good English
Years of experience : Garment experience in Sales Support and Logistics with at least 1 year in working in multinational environment
Job Function / Purpose
He / She will assist the Business Support Manager in the following key areas of responsibilities :
Customer services - to be responsible independently for all customers orders, shipments and logistics related matters
To prepare analytical customers and sales reports
To provide full range of operational support to HK commercial team
To facilitate continuous business processes enhancement and maintain quality service provided to both internal and external customers
Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Order Consolidations and Analysis
Order confirmation with suppliers and provide delivery schedule to customers.
Monitor the production status, communicate with suppliers on progress to make sure orders delivery on time.
Create Sales Orders, Purchase Orders and Invoices.
Distribute new samples to customers and charge back.
Checking sample invoices.
Maintenance of samples record.
Organize Off-season samples.
Follow up on packing list and shipping documents
Liaise with customers appointed logistics service providers to co-ordinate delivery of product on timely basis.
Provide supporting service to customers by coordinating with Sourcing Team or Suppliers.
