Our client is a growing FinTech startup who have just opened up their offices in Hong Kong and are starting to offer new and exciting products.
They are looking to hire a few headcount for the B2B Business Development team to assist on sales growth and SME / MNC partnerships.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentifying and building relationships with prospect clients, as well as developing a strong pipeline of accounts.
Responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.Working closely with clients to understand their business needs through research, case studies and proposal creation.
Partnering with internal teams such as Marketing, Technology and Operations to successfully have expectations of the client met.
Key RequirementsAt least 4 years’ experience in a Sales / Business Development role within FinTech or Payments. Applicants with more years’ experience will be considered for Senior Manager level.
Strong track record of bringing in new businesses.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Cantonese.
Proficiency in Mandarin would be a bonus.Ability to explain and pitch complex technical products to potential clients. Experience in selling within a technology company would be an advantage.
