About Our Client
With a longstanding history, our client is a US investment firm focusing on alternative investment strategies. The HK office is located in Central with proactive and collaborative multinational teams.
Answering, screening and managing incoming phone calls and mail;
Scheduling meetings and conference calls, maintaining calendars;
Scheduling travel arrangements and preparing detailed itineraries, as needed;
Reviewing, preparing and managing expense reports;
Reviewing, preparing and managing invoices with vendors and coordinating within the Company's e-billing system
Editing text (Word and Excel) and drafting correspondence;
Assisting with and coordinating regulatory, corporate and other filings
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant preferably within a financial services firm or legal
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Strong working knowledge and command of Microsoft office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Skilled in word processing in English and Chinese.
Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Must be able to handle highly confidential information and situations with professionalism, discretion and tact;
Self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative and proactive
