About Our Client

With a longstanding history, our client is a US investment firm focusing on alternative investment strategies. The HK office is located in Central with proactive and collaborative multinational teams.

Job Description

  • Answering, screening and managing incoming phone calls and mail;
  • Scheduling meetings and conference calls, maintaining calendars;
  • Scheduling travel arrangements and preparing detailed itineraries, as needed;
  • Reviewing, preparing and managing expense reports;
  • Reviewing, preparing and managing invoices with vendors and coordinating within the Company's e-billing system
  • Editing text (Word and Excel) and drafting correspondence;
  • Assisting with and coordinating regulatory, corporate and other filings
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant preferably within a financial services firm or legal
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong working knowledge and command of Microsoft office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Skilled in word processing in English and Chinese.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to handle highly confidential information and situations with professionalism, discretion and tact;
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative and proactive
