Customer Service Assistant / Officer

The appointee will be responsible for the following duties :

  • Generate Service Orders from SAP system and liaise with technical service team on service scheduling;
  • Prepare services operation reports, quotations, invoices & correspondences related to service works;
  • Carry out and supervise telephone operation in receiving calls, liaising with customers on service arrangement and handling customers' complaints;
  • Handle the reconciliation of services payment / receipts as well as carry out administration functions for cost control purpose.
  • The caliber will have the following :

  • Diploma / Certificate in Business administration or related discipline;
  • 2 - 4 years working experience, solid engineering services work experience is an advantage;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
