In this position, you will :

  • Responsible for C&B functions including monthly payroll, final payment, MPF administration, attendance records checking & maintenance
  • Responsible for the data consolidation and analysis, and compile HR analytic reports for management review
  • Assist in C&B exercises such as insurance renewal, annual pay review, performance bonus and sales incentive programs
  • Assist HR operations and administration including data input and HR services delivery as well as other benefits administration
  • Handle employee compensation case filing and management
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned, such as participating in salary surveys, audit exercises, keeping abreast of the local legislations’ updates with market review
  • To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ relevant hands-on experience in C&B functions, preferably from Telecom / Retail industry
  • Well versed with HK employment ordinance and related legislation
  • Strong sense of numeracy, with detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Excel, knowledge in using IPL or other HRIS is an advantage
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
