As a Brand Manager / Creative Lead you’ll be responsible for leading a team of designers for the development and evolution of our brand identity.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and manage a creative team effectively and deliver the leading design solutions with great proficiency, aesthetics, accuracy and on time.
  • Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral.

  • Act as the creative liaison between our marketing team and the design team, bring a mix of marketing expertise and business understanding, promoting our brand, product and service.
  • Provide creative direction, asset creation and support for product marketing efforts, including sales presentations, event campaigns and others.
  • Story telling around USPs through designs, messaging, image, photography and creative copywriting.

  • Partner with marketing leadership to develop our brand voice, tone and feel, look and visual identity; ensure effective execution across all brand channels and touchpoints including packaging, POS, website and social media.
  • Create high-quality and differentiated copy in the form of sales document, case studies, headlines, web copy, emails, social and more.
  • Edit copy for style, grammar, logic, flow, repetition, and to ensure its on strategy.

    Your qualifications

  • 8 years or more of related experience in agency or corporate setting. Solid background in copywriting, and / or design and art direction
  • Bachelor’s degree or Post master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, liberal arts or related discipline
  • Excellent writing skills in English. Native English speaking (originally from UK, USA, Canada, or ANZ). Experience writing about B2B, technology, or lifestyle, preferred
  • Have a natural eye for design and a drive to inspire dynamic ideas. Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social, mobile, but also understand offline and print.
  • Experience leading brand, content, and communication design. An energetic professional who is able to multi-task effectively, offer quick and accurate advice and provide creative input to help advance our brands.
