The opportunity :
The Senior Solutions Consultant position is instrumental in implementing, designing and supporting enterprise-level and cloud solutions with OpenText and Microsoft products for commercial and end-
user applications. This position requires strong collaboration with Sales, partners, and customers and will be working with multiple platforms, tools and a variety of OpenText cloud solutions and on-

You are great at :
Lead design, implement, test and services support of OpenText products (Capture Center, RightFax, EasyLink / Xpedite Messaging, Alchemy, B2B EDI, Developer Support) based on customer’s requirements.
Work with users to understand, formulate and document business requirements. Identify, investigate, and analyze business processes, procedures and work practices.
Identify and evaluate inefficiencies and recommend optimal business practices, and system functionality and behavior.
Develop implementation requirements, design documents, acceptance criteria, and generating Statements of Work (SOWs).
Take responsibility for deploying solutions, such as to create, adopt and implement system test plans, and to ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system.
Create user and training documentation, and conduct formal training classes.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and offshore resources, as appropriate.
Some travel may be necessary - up to 20-25% travel may be required.
What it takes :
Knowledge of document capture / OCR, enterprise content management or workflow solutions strongly desired.
Knowledge with cloud implementation, and systems implementation and troubleshooting with Microsoft platform.
Experience with networking and telco (VoIP / FoIP) infrastructure.
Solid understanding of Windows (client / server), latest cloud technologies and SQL / database development.
Knowledge with OpenText enterprise fax and messaging products / solutions strongly desired.
Prior experience implementing and supporting business software and enterprise solutions required.
Understanding of standard project methodologies (PMI, ITIL, etc.) and consulting best practices.
Demonstrated exceptional project management skills and solid technical documentation skills required.
Strong business acumen and analytic skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of IoT plaform / solutions desired.
