Job Responsibilities

  • To assist in supervision of all work of room attendants of assigned floors.
  • To maintain and keep all guest floors in good condition, clean and orderly by directing work to supervisors and suggesting the necessary replacement of equipment and training of personnel.
  • To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and associates.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory experience plus training experience is required
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Familiar with scheduling and planning, inventory and stock control
  • Mature, reliable, sociable, presentable, aggressive, and patient
  • Initiative and have good communication skill, willing to accept responsibilities, able to delegate and organize, self-confident enough to make independent decisions
  • Physically fit
  • Can work under pressure
  • Shift duty is required
