Job Description and Responsibilities :
To provide regional project support across the APAC region for legal entity eliminations. To include :
Assuming lead role in coordination for legal entity eliminations, which includes : Forming a working group of SMEs and acting as project manager of this working groupLeading the prescribed internal approval process for elimination of an entity to ensure appropriate due diligence is completed prior to the entity’s eliminationCollaborating with the working group to establish specific plans, timing, ensuring completion of all tasks, escalation of issues and clarity around elimination stepsProject managing the elimination process from start to finish and driving the process through to conclusion as quickly as possibleCoordinating and hosting working group meetingsBeing the point person for the entity’s elimination, responding to questions as necessary
Providing reporting and analysis on APAC eliminations and other legal entity governance matters
Preparing materials for, attending and hosting regular meetings to discuss legal entity governance matters, including legal entity board and committee meetings
Providing training and support for partners involved in legal entity governance support
Regular reviews and management of legal entity governance data
Contributing to control and governance enhancements
Participating in legal entity simplification work across the Global Subsidiary Governance & Optimisation team
Participating in other governance projects, as required, within the Global Subsidiary Governance & Optimisation team
Providing general support for the APAC Office of the Corporate Secretary team, including : Updating and responding to requests for legal entity information related to eliminations and other governance mattersSupporting delivery of board materials to directors
Project management skills
Good written and oral communication skills

Ability to collate information, absorb new knowledge and gain understanding quickly
Ability to communicate and interact with SMEs across all levels of the organization; strong interpersonal skills
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint (at least basic knowledge)
Keen attention to detail
At least basic knowledge of legal entity structure and use
Ability to manage multiple tasks and appropriately prioritize responsibilities
