Responsibilities :

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Head the Hong Kong HR team to provide a full spectrum of HR and administrative functions for Group
  • Overseeing talent acquisition & management, C&B, training & development, office Administration, etc.
  • Review the effectiveness of training programs, especially core programs such as orientation, performance management.
  • Work closely with Different Business unit to support the business plans by formulating and executing appropriate HR initiatives and programs
  • Formulation, review and execution of human resources and administration policies and strategies to meet the rapidly changing operational and business environment
  • Building and developing people capability cross functions to grow bench strength of talent
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines with at least 15 years’ experience in Property developer or MNC, of which 6 years in management capacity
  • Profound knowledge in Hong Kong employment related ordinances and regulatory practices
  • Strong leadership, consultation and influencing skills
  • Stable career history
  • Strong business acumen and have the ability to influence and make an impact to businesses
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
