Manage the recruitment and selection process
Head the Hong Kong HR team to provide a full spectrum of HR and administrative functions for Group
Overseeing talent acquisition & management, C&B, training & development, office Administration, etc.
Review the effectiveness of training programs, especially core programs such as orientation, performance management.
Work closely with Different Business unit to support the business plans by formulating and executing appropriate HR initiatives and programs
Formulation, review and execution of human resources and administration policies and strategies to meet the rapidly changing operational and business environment
Building and developing people capability cross functions to grow bench strength of talent
Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines with at least 15 years’ experience in Property developer or MNC, of which 6 years in management capacity
Profound knowledge in Hong Kong employment related ordinances and regulatory practices
Strong leadership, consultation and influencing skills
Stable career history
Strong business acumen and have the ability to influence and make an impact to businesses
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
