Job Responsibilities :
Perform general support functions in Global Markets Department and support sales and trading desks on account opening, client servicing, transaction processing and other middle office functions;
Handle account opening for customers and ensure the compliance with KYC, CDD and regulatory requirement;
Handle and process customer enquiries efficiently and effectively and ensure all requests are followed through timely and thoroughly;
Review customer account data and document to meet up-to-date’s requirement;
Work closely with Internal departments to facilitate transaction processing and monitoring;
Liaise with internal / external counterparts and branches in Mainland China to ensure smooth and compliant business operation;
Handle administrative duties in Global Markets Department;
Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Department Head.
Job Requirements :
Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or business related disciplines;
Possess professional qualifications either as a license holder of SFC or passed related examinations of HKSI and be able to be registered as Securities Dealing Staff;
At least 3 years’ customer services experience in Global Markets from a reputable bank or securities firm;
Experience in handling account opening and customer due diligence is preferred;
Good team player, detailed-oriented with excellent customer service mindset;
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
