  • Act as a TA advisor to hiring managers on all aspects of the recruitment process, including recruitment strategies and resourcing channels, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including the development of search plan, execution of the search and delivery to ensure successful closure within the identified time frame.
  • Screen, interview and assess quality talent who are the best fit for the role and aligned with the Club’s culture and values
  • Build stakeholder relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all parties involved in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
  • Directly source for candidates through the use of social media sourcing channels such as LinkedIn and other external online candidate databases.
  • Use proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry related associations, in order to build ongoing passive candidate networks.

  • Actively manage relationships with external recruitment firms to ensure a quick turnaround time and delivery of qualified candidates.
  • Act as the Club’s ambassador to position us as an Employer of Choice and create a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process.

  • at least 7 years working a sizable or multi-national company with ideally 5 years in an in-house Talent Acquisition role;
  • proven experience identifying and hiring talent in Corporate (Support) Functions;
  • demonstrated capability on passive candidate direct outreach, engagement, cultivation;
  • excellent skills and knowledge of competency-based interviewing
  • a service-oriented mind-set with excellent interpersonal skills necessary to interact with people at all levels;
  • a team player who collaborates effectively across the P&OD division
  • ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment and cope well with pressure

    The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
