Job Responsibilities :

Perform full spectrum of human resources and administration functions including recruitment, compensation and benefit, KPI, IT & all related duties

Review, formulate and implement compensation and benefits strategies, policies and procedures to meet the Company’s business objectives and labor ordinance

Perform compensation and benefits study such as job mapping evaluation, salary review, staff cost budget, annual pay review, performance bonus and sales incentive programs, etc

Advise and enforce internal HR & administration policies and procedures

Handle general office administration duties, review the existing office regulation and staff handbook

Requirements :

Degree in HRM, Business Studies or related disciplines

Minimum 6-8 years HR experience in sizable or MNC companies

Familiar with Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations

Experienced in general office administration

Strong communication skills and Fluent in English and Mandarin

Immediately available is an advantage
